Her desire for constant self-improvement led her to some extraordinary teachers such as Thich Nhat Hahn, Eckhart Tolle of The Power of Now and Marshall Rosenberg the founder of Non-Violent Communication. They inspired her to bring her own contribution to the world through her first book '5 Chairs, 5 Choices', a ten-year project created to help leaders, teams and staff model behaviours for more inclusive workplaces where people can thrive and excel at what they do best. Stefania Avanzini, Director at Ashoka Switzerland. Stefania has 10 years of experience in Marketing and Social Innovation in Africa & Europe. Stefania worked for the social business investment fund created by Danone with Professor Yunus, founder of the Grameen Bank. She supported the business development of social businesses in Senegal and in Algeria. Stefania is married with one child and lives in Geneva.
Riccarda Zezza, co-author of the innovative learning method “MAAM – maternity as a master”, worked for many years in large companies in Italy and abroad. Today she is the CEO of Life Based Value srl, the innovative startup founded in October 2015 that created and sells to companies MAAM: the only training program in the world that turns motherhood and fatherhood into a Master's in key skills for professional growth. She is also Member ad honorem of Cesvi, Advisory Board Member of SmartPlan, Member of Weizmann Young European Network, President of Piano C and Ashoka Fellow, the biggest international community of social entrepreneurs.
Angelika Reich is a Partner based in McKinsey's Zurich office and leader of McKinsey’s Organization practice in Switzerland. Her expertise lies within large-scale transformations, in particular in the digital context, as well as re-skilling, talent development and change management. She is one of the key leaders of McKinsey’s future of work initiative. Prior to joining McKinsey Angelika worked as a neuro-cognitive researcher and psychologist. She obtained her PhD in Human Biology and Applied Psychology.
Hannah Wise, News Anchor for CNNMoney Switzerland. Hannah has over 15 years experience covering news for international organisations including the BBC and France 24. In 2014 she moved to Switzerland and became the launch anchor for CNN’s new channel in 2018. She has covered a range of global news issues but now focusses on business news and how Switzerland connects to the world. Hannah is married with two children and lives in the Swiss countryside.
Manuela Andaloro, CEO of SmartBizHub. A senior professional with over 18 years of experience in financial services and business strategy. Since 2017, she is CEO and Founder of SmartBizHub, an exclusive consultancy that provides value in the form of business strategy, positioning and strategic communications. The firm has worked with clients on high profile platforms such as WEF and OECD.
